Errors are caught before upload
Duration, resolution, frame rate and audio track are checked before the file leaves your computer.
Fixes are automatic
Rushlot removes audio or converts HEVC on a copy. Your original stays untouched.
The text travels with the video
Title and keywords are embedded just before upload, removing portal copy-and-paste.
Your strongest keywords go first
Rushlot orders up to 35 keywords, the ten most important first. That cap is its own choice, not an Adobe rule (Adobe allows up to 49).
Every transfer is verified
After SFTP upload, Rushlot compares the received size byte for byte. An incomplete transfer never appears finished.
You know where every clip stands
Rushlot reads In review and Not accepted without changing your account.

No. Your clips stay on your computer and go straight from your disk to your own contributor accounts, over SFTP or FTPS or through the marketplace’s own page in your browser. To draft metadata, the cloud model receives your title and, for the vision pass, a few small still frames, never the clip. The local model sends nothing at all.
No. Your clips are your own real footage, shot by you. Rushlot writes the words that sell them, from your title and frames; it never generates an image or a second of video. Shutterstock, Pond5 and Getty refuse AI-generated content, and Rushlot never passes a clip off as something it is not.
A chat gives you one generic list, which you then copy into four portals that each want something different. Rushlot drafts a separate set for each marketplace, following its published guidance: a short title and up to 35 ordered keywords for Adobe Stock, 7 to 50 for Shutterstock, 10 to 20 precise ones for Pond5, quality over count for Getty Images. It starts from your own title, never sends a Latin species name WoRMS has not confirmed, and fills every field itself.
As their own sites stated in October 2026: BlackBox distributes the footage you upload to its portal and keeps 15 % of net sales, plus a transaction fee of about 3 % in its terms. Wirestock no longer sends content first submitted after 20 January 2026 to stock marketplaces. StockSubmitter is a Windows app that submits to agencies for you, priced by submissions per agency. Rushlot uploads from your computer to your own four accounts, drafts a separate metadata set for each marketplace, leaves the submit click to you and takes no commission.
Yes. Rushlot was built around Seafootage, an underwater footage account selling on Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, Pond5 and Getty Images. The royalties on this page are its real ones, month by month since January 2024. How a title is worded, which keywords each marketplace rewards and what gets a clip held back all come from that account, not from a guess.
Yes. Rushlot reads your sales from each marketplace’s own contributor pages and gathers them in one dashboard: every sale with its clip, marketplace, price and date, instead of four logins and four reports. Getty Images publishes its statements monthly, several weeks late, so Getty sales appear once Getty posts them.
No, 0 %. Every marketplace pays your royalties straight to you. Rushlot is a plain subscription: the Trial includes 20 clips for life with no card, Pro is 19 € a month or 159 € a year for 150 clips each month, and one-off packs of 150, 500 or 2,000 clips never expire.
No tool can promise how a marketplace treats an account, and Rushlot does not. It keeps the rules that matter: you review every clip before it uploads, each clip goes to each marketplace once, two clips with the same file name are both held back, a Latin name is sent only once WoRMS confirms it, and no CAPTCHA is ever solved. A challenge stops the run and hands you the window.
Never. Rushlot uploads your clips with their metadata, then stops. Submitting them for review stays your click, on each marketplace, so nothing goes on sale that you did not approve.
In your computer’s own secret store: the Keychain on a Mac. Rushlot reads them there when it signs in to a marketplace. They are never sent to us and never written to a log.
